The Sedgemoor cropped button cardigan is sewn in 50% lambswool, 50% cotton and finished in sage mist. cut for the slow part of the day and kept in stock in Mitcham.
How the pieces are put together
50% lambswool, 50% cotton. Side seams are overlocked and topstitched so they lie flat against the body when you are curled up on a sofa. Cuffs, hems and waistbands are set in 2×2 rib with a little elastane so they hold rather than gape. Hoods are two-panel with a bound edge, zips are set on a stabilised tape so the front does not ripple, and drawcords sit in a channel with bar-tacked exit points. Cardigans have knitted front bands and buttons sewn through a reinforced tab.
Care
Hand wash cool or wool cycle at 30 degrees, dry flat and reshape, never hang wet, steam rather than press.
