Why does dispatch take 2-5 working days?
We pick, pack and post from our Mitcham studio within 2-5 working days of your order, and often the next working day. Delivery within the UK is £4.50, and free once your basket reaches £70.00. You will get a dispatch note by email when the parcel leaves us.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@moudest.shop as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.
Sizing and materials
How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one for the relaxed look in the photographs and the smaller one if you want a top that stays put. Email us your bust, waist, hip and height and we will tell you which size we would post.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for sewing and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?

Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.

Returns
How long do I have?
28 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
Care
How should I wash my loungewear?
See the care guide. Machine wash at 30 degrees, inside out, using about two-thirds of the usual detergent dose. Leave out the fabric conditioner on anything brushed or fleecy, line dry where you can, and dry knitted cardigans flat rather than on a hanger. Expect 2-3 per cent shrinkage in length on cotton pieces at the first wash, which our patterns already allow for.
